I currently go to Boone County and I remember this day.. I know many very trustworthy Christian people that were in your daughters classroom. She did not ONLY not stand up for the flag. She was refusing to do anything the teacher ask of her. She did not respect the teachers. The teachers at Boone do not put up with anything. Your daughter was having attacks screaming and yelling at everybody. It is a public school. You cannot give people Bibles and push everybody to be a Christian.

It doesn't matter what Kentucky state law says the supreme court has ruled that even a non-denominational prayer that is voluntary goes against the establishment clause in the constitution. Federal Law > State Law it's called federal supremacy, if the law went to court it would die. No such thing as separation of church and state. We passed out "Religious" materials in the Boone County High School; therefore, you theory is wrong. It is obvious that you went to Boone. You don't have to stand for the pledge because the Kentucky statute states that you don't. She sat quietly, but was assaulted.

I say someone needs to get Mr. Raleigh on this page to print all this stuff out. The law will not be on her side when they see the way she is treating people, also how she is confessing to doing this all the time to earn money, and by giving away the whole court case. Your not allowed to tell people inside information on a case thats not closed. So, im pretty sure that will ruin things for her. Either way, print this out will not do any harm.

Cameron from Florida refused to not pledge or stand for the flag according to reports via Internet. He sued and won. I sued and we will win one way or the other. We have already won. Passing out literature in protected free speech under the constitution which is the highest law of this land. I don't care what authorization or policy or practice you have, I've got law.

@TIFFUNDMAG10 she was treated differently because the 14th Amendment allows for DUE PROCESS and EQUAL PROTECTION of the laws. If the students desired to stand for the pledge they were not penalized for their practice of their idol worship, but when she refused, she was penalized for her worship to GOD. She was treated differently from the other students when she wanted to honor GOD.

She wasn't arrested for not standing for the pledge she was arrested because she disrupted the classroom in a serious way, refused to go to the principals office, and resisted arrest.

Kezia was entered my class a couple of days ago, the very first day she flipped out saying she could not stand for the flag. ms. adkisson asked for her to out of respect for the fallen soldiers. then she left to got to the front office. she did that for a couple days ON HER OWN. then a day came she didnt want to leave, it wasnt a big deal really. then mr. rolly aasked for her to come with him (she was siiting at her desk) then she said no.

Yes, I want the million so that I may pay myself for the WORK that I have done (i.e: legal fees for representing myself and my daughter) just as other attorneys. When I get the money for my personal damages (i.e.: compensatory), I have expenses for formulating the suit, litigation, negotiation, etc. .Also, I want PUNITIVE DAMAGES of 5 million dollars to make Randy Poe, the superintendent, stop violating the law.

I have a right, according to the "homeless," law to not only travel to another state, in which I do not reside, for my profession, but to also be allowed access into ANY public school I choose.
