This video is pathetic. That Engine, not Ladder could have been out of service for training, repairs, or stopping by locations, such as business/commercial property checking for any potential fire hazards and ensuring the place in compliant with NFPA standards. It is also beneficial for a fire apparatus to just cruse around because it will REDUCE the response time.

This company needs to be investigated, they are the same ones I reported about seeing nightly on 163rd street for the entire month of July 2010. Every night at approximately 10:30 pm and Miami Dade OIG totally disregarded the information. It should be disbanded and headed by responsible and concerned citizens of this county, who are interested in how our resources are used and or abused.

If this individual suspects that there is criminal wrong-doing or official misconduct then he can file charges with the appropriate agencies. Let the truth be the defense.
