Nobody died. it's a piece of video art seen in 2010 in HK and Beijing. Actors and singers from Hong Kong were chosen who weren't usually known for being serious or acting dramatically. Their challenge was to present this story as straight as possible even though it was not real.

They are describing a real person, the artist himself (whom they know in real life), Simon Birch, who almost died from a very aggressive form of cancer.

Birch, however, actually survived and is great health!
