if you're gonna do a "diet cocktail" not exactly recomended, best thing to do is go to Max Muscle and they can hook you up with what's called a "stack" and they can mix and match what would work better for you. Don't ever mix pills yourself, its way to dangerous!

Hey Wendy-
I appreciate your videos, but I really hope you're no longer taking diet pills or diet pill cocktails. I used to take pills back in the day for weightloss and I got down to 125lbs. When I stopped taking the pills, no matter how hard I excersized or how little I ate, I still gained weight. My metabolism had become completely dependent on these pills. I wanted to go back on the diet pills, but my Dr said my system was already soo off that if I continued to take them it would kill me.

As for me taking these, no, no worries. I haven't taken "diet" pills in quite sometime. Which is why I was having such a hard time remembering what they were like. I'm really bad about remembering to take pills that it's just not worth it for me. But I kept them for those "just in case" tho I know better. Thank you for the advice, I really hope others are reading that too! =) Happy New Years!
