@MsTerriYes the police dont pick on them. the reason why you will see alot of homeless people arrested is because they are breaking some sort of law, for example public intoxication. that is grounds for arrest. and if they cant afford a lawyer, one will be appointed for them. and sometimes they like being arrested because it gives them a place to sleep at night, sure its not a fancy ass hotel but its better than sleeping on the streets where they can get mugged, get sick, and / or die.

He was NOT dead. He was drunk. Do you know what a sternum rub is? Notusually attempted over CPR, defib, etc. A cop will not attempt the sternum rub on a dead guy. Plain and simple. If he is dead on the scene, the body stays where it is. Only the ME can say otherwise. Detectives come there, the ME comes by. They examine the scene, close off the area, interview people, OBTAIN VIDEO FROM LOSERS THAT FILMED IT. And 50 cops show up. Any of that happen? Nope? Exactly, not for a drunk.

If this guy were dead, the Medical Examiner would throw this officer in jail for tampering with a scene since an officer is not allowed to alter a scene w/o contacting them first. Maybe the ACFD down the street was actually out on a call, and another further away station was responding. A drunk guy, with no immediate problems, the ACFD is not going to driver like hell to get there. So, in case you missed the sarcasm, the guy was drunk.

The ACFD is right down the street. They should have been there in seconds. Its shocking that they took so long. What if this poor man still had a chance to be revived but expired because of the poor performance of the ACFD.

he didn't expose anything, the ambulance had a 10minute respons time for a location within 5 blocks from their station, thats called PD giving info to let them know not to comequick,cuz he's already passes(A)then after being placed in the ambulance theres another 12min gap before the ambulance leaves,thats cuz the guy is dead and not alive(B),get a clue as to how the PD and FD work with a dead body.if he was alive he would have been taken to the h ospital, right? you just exposed being an idiot.

He has just drank until he passed out, "Notice the guy dumping out the beer can at the end of the video" The reason they stayed on scene another 12 minutes was to work on the guy IE, Vitals, Assesment, EKG, Pulse Ox, IV Fluids, Blood Sugar, Emergency Meds. You can see the medic messing with IV tubing in the back of the ambulance!!! If he was dead then he wouldn't need an IV!!

10minutes after he was loaded into the ambulance, they amulance hadn't left yet, that's a good indication of making preps for the coroner and taking the time to do paperwork while the vehicle isn't in motion, 99% chance he was dead before i even got there, myself and the officer waited nearly 10 minutes for that ambulance to arrive coming from less than 10 blocks away at 130AM with no traffic. the officer was right on and and unlike arligton cops, this transit officer never interferred with me..
