just posted a vid on loops and scratching not so much advice in vid but anyone that knows pioneers kit knows what its capable of i spent a year savin for my cdjs this year santa cant get me my djm 800 lol so i was wondering if you had a spare ha ha anbyway keep up the channel m8 best dj/tutorial channel out there HTID
hahaha, nice concept...for all the pioneer fanboys please stand up :P
have a full fledge pioneer kit of 2 cdj800mk2 & djm800...but dont know what to include in this video...i'm more inclined coz i'm not a fanboy of pioneer products...unless it's a Sony :P
Best you open your mind to the whole story, web2 and the broader picture. Comps for American DJ, KAM , Pacemaker, Slappa, CDpool, to name a few, all over the web by people off the street. This is the future, real people doing real stuff as opposed to the BIG BOYS getting payed a sh*t load for something they don't care about. I happen to care a great deal! thanks j
yep, I deserved that one J, I am a fan I really am. I am amazed how far you have come in the last couple of years and yep your passionate for it, thats obvious. I am not a Pioneer man myself, more into Denon, guess that was the frustration hee hee. keep up the good work.
Just wondering having exttreme trouble i carnt find a replacement cross-fader for pioneer djm 700 mixer. If anyone knows send me a link as response to this comment cheers:)
Just look up any Pioneer Pro DJ dealer in your area and request parts.... No one will list replacement parts on there web sites, but they are available no problem. I work in a DJ shop in Montreal Canada and can get you the Part # and canadian pricing this Monday....
Midi is getting on to being 30 years old now. so it should be reliable. However HID should be more reliable than MIDI ever will be. Midi is 'Push' technology and HID is 'pull'. This means That HID only receives info when it is ready for the next packet. MIDI on the other hand just keeps sending. Bottom line MIDI potentially can overload a system and crash it, HID can't
yeah ok...i didn't think that far. i just thought of my homesetup: one pc, 2 midi-keyboards, 1 interface and 1 synthesizer. i never had problems conecting the keyboards and the synthesizer, but i had lots of issuies with my pc (latencies,...)
What do you think J does these videos for, a million quid a pop. Don't be such a tard, he's trying to see what other people can bring to the table. Ever heard the expression two heads are better than one?
Thanks, I am about sharing and trying to inspire! gone are the days of keeping 100% of you'r information, by giving 50% you get 50% but an extra 50% so you walk away knowing 150%. hope you get what i mean! lol j
Yeah i know exactly what you mean, not sure why some people feel the need to knock you back for doing what your doing though. At a guess i'd say they're jealous. Keep it up J, 99.9% of us respect what you do on here.
thanks, put it another way , i would do exactly the same for any other company, it's all about getting people motivated and back into the dj world! j happy dayzz! : )
Well,For me it is like advertising, suggesting everyone to buy Pio gear.I have other brand stuff and I am not jealous about Pio.I think it should not be done on youtube.I could understand some shops here but You J?It should be done on some Pio forums or sent as PM to Pio owners.
Ellaskins, you are fantastic!

midi is slowly dying, usb is much faster, reliable and better
camzdaman123 2 years ago
midi is more reliable in my opinion...it's real plug'n'play...also without a pc.

true they both have there pros and cons.
It is opinion on which one is better... its all about what fits the musician's/ dj's needs.
