Left 4 dead: No headed Zombie (Texture Bug/glitch)

i have a worse glitch, when i played left 4 dead with my mate. the game decided to make the zombies, tanks, walls, doors everything have a texture of multi coloured pixels. my friend said that it may be because of the Crash Course DLC i have. anyone have any ideas?

I dont think that wuz a glitch cuz it had a torn off effect and it also had blood around it.A glitch couldn't do that.
