You are missing the point of the chief reason for opposition to the policy change. In spite of your inaccurate statements about combat capability, the history of women in the military, there is no supporting evidence that shows that repeal of DADT would enhance our war-fighting ability. It has nothing to do with what you think is "fair." We must select only the best warriors to fight in our military, based on merit. The reason we have a military is to win wars, not be a social experiment.
