It actually looks very easy to do with your feet if you memorize the mine/step conversions. SP3Flip has a video of him passing it on ITG.

this song actually exploits a bug in the stepmania code...it basically uses negative bpms that "skip" some parts of the stepcharts in strange ways...

the trick to this song is at around 1:00 when the mines comes up remember the first mine and that is the first step to pop up.
