Yeah, well the one with holly in the pretty yellow dress is from 3x23 "My Boyfriend's Back" when Holly goes to visit Henry at Princeton. Henry tries to help Holly realize that she needs to get over her fear of a non-perfect relationship with Vince. And when Vince and Holly are dancing is 3x13 "Don't Kiss the Messenger" Ben chooses work over Holly and Vince swoops in to be with Holly when ahe feels down about Ben.

When Vince asked Holly to marry him...it was just a prank. The whole episode was about each of the characters pulling pranks on one another. And no the show is no longer airing...the show ended in 2006.
