Where you are physically, ' normal' pushups might not be the best idea. You can try pushups from a different angle instead of flat on the ground. Try doing them on the desk because that decreases the intensity (45 degree angle). You might want to try isometric exercises for the time being instead of dynamic. Benefits: You can do them anywhere. They are low impact. You use your own body weight. Hope this helps. Peace
usually when a person is hungry wings, they usually haven't had enough water for the day. a person is supposed to drink 8 cups a day, and so when your body is hungry it may actually be mistaking it for thirst. so drink your water!

Try just setting up a little time before breakfast to do even a little 10 minute workout. Also, eat things high in protein & fiber. It curbs your hunger with less carbs
also, do not starve yourself. when you are feeling hungry munch on an apple or some carrots. cut up a melon or cantalope, w/e you gotta do to fill your hunger with fruits and vegetables.
you have to start somewhere with the push ups, dont be ashamed, if you work at it you should be able to improve 2-3 extra push ups every week or 2 weeks, so next week try do do 5, and then maybe in a month try 10.

The more musle you have the more you will loose weight, this is because muscle uses more energy to maintain than fat, so even when you are sleeping you will be burning many more calories if you convert some of that fat into muscle.

Wings if you are dieting, you NEED to have one day during the week where you can indulge in anything that you want to eat, this has been scientifically proven to help the dieting process.
pushups are much harder for obese people. I recommend just walking for half an hour to an hour, twice or three times per two weeks, now and then gradually progressing to jogging. After your waistline goes down some, pushups will be much easier to do at a much lower risk of injury.
Scroll down the list where you choose which gun category you want like smg or ar, but close your eyes. Once you land on a random one, buy all the weapons in the category for example buy al the smgs if you land on them. Then do the same for the weapons. When you randomly land on a weapon, buy all the attachments for that weapon and scroll down with your eyes closed and randomly choose the attachement. Do that with everything in your layout like nades and perks.
push ups are hard WoR, 3 is very good in your situation so dont let that get you down, but always try to push for more and put all your effort into your exercises, obey your diet and overcome your mind. I really really hope you the best and the recording of the docs appointment would be great!

Wings, the push ups is one fucking good idear, i were overweight once, and pushups was my start too, and after a little bit of time i got better and better, and then i began to stop eating as much as i did, and then i started going to the gym once a week, and then the pounds began to drop for me

Higher recoil weapon like the AK47? I was told the AK had very little recoil. Firing it on auto was like aiming a jet of water..
