Despite the uneven quality of the material, there is no mistake about the great coloratura voice; such silky smooth quality. The piece is so wonderfully sung.

Great performance! Doesn't matter the quality because the document is so precious... I did never hear any live testament of Edita's Gilda, and it is so nice! Thanks for posting.

She looks SO much better here than in the movie version with Pavarotti! That trill just goes on for days!!!! BRAVA!

Great stuff, but I still prefer the 1 she did with Pavarotti. Suffice it to say that her voice sounds more matured and smoother here. Thanx for posting this video, she is definately my favourite soprano of all time.
