I think Tyson was innocent of rape and I think Desiree Washington pulled a fast one over the jury and court. Tyson did not have a fair trial at all and even when they tried to appeal it the dissenting justice criticized justice Sue Shields for supporting judge Patricia Gifford on the way she disallowed supporting testimony for the Tyson camp. The appeal decision was 2-1 against Tyson and if you look at who the justices were in that case it is obvious why they voted the way they did. Pathetic.

Last I read so far is they never did forsenic evidence to prove if he forcefully entered. Don't they do that with rape cases? His attitude and her word was what put him in jail. There was no really concrete evidence on both sides.

Apparently you didn't read enough. the victim did suffer vaginal bruising consistent with rape as pointed out by the prosecution's medical experts AS WELL AS by one of the defense's own experts. His attitude AND WORDS and her words are just PARTof what put him in jail. While there are really no concrete evidence, as DATE RAPE usually is, there was enough circumstancial evidence to convict Tyson justifiably.
