It helps me see one if I'm in a darker room with a bit of light, for example, a dark room with a lit stage - it could be lighter, just no access to huge amounts of light. Put your had far out in front of your face so it's in your view and stare at it as if you're trying to push all the energy in your head to your eyes. there will be a white glow the first time you see it, after awhile it'll grow colors :)

5:22 is supposed to be an aura. But in fact it is called "neural adaptation". The eyes or brain adapts to the colours because you do not move your eyes. When you move your eyes slowly after some time you see the "marks" on your eyes. Strange the aura moves when you look behind you.

I've heard of some people associating certain colors with sound frequencies (sound uses frequencies, so touch would use varying degrees of temperatures).

A few years ago just before my Kundalini awakening I actually saw the 7? chakras in my friend for a few seconds... i got scared and it disapeared thats why I wasnt able to count them or remember the colours... is that part of the Aura? someone know the answer to this? I can also see what the video describes as the first layer any time I want.

5:22 is supposed to be an aura. But in fact it is called "neural adaptation". The eyes or brain adapts to the colours because you do not move your eyes. When you move your eyes slowly after some time you see the "marks" on your eyes. Strange the aura moves when you look behind you.
Hold your finger on a bumpy surface, don't move it for 10-20 seconds and try to feel the bumpy surface without moving, you can't. Same concept.

@Ataturkistan Well, the method they use to take aura photographs involves shooting an electric current through the person being photographed. When this is done with an inanimate object, it just brings out its outline in a nice neon glow.
In humans, it also captures the cloud of perspiration permeating around whoever is being "aura photographed" and it is this cloud of sweat that shows up as the coloured light around the person in the photograph.

@47218947891748974747 Now try to incorporate other senses into it. Once you start seeing a few colors, try to feel (sense of touch) more of the aura. I've heard of some people associating certain colors with sound frequencies (sound uses frequencies, so touch would use varying degrees of temperatures).
The more senses you get working together on this, the more elaborate and detailed the auras will be. (some people might find it easier to use their senses of taste or smell [not me though])
