It's definately not stage fright, I saw him the other night, and you can tell when someones nervous, and he definately wasn't it. I think he's always like this when he performs this song, because it's something really intense and personal to him.

Never knew about these guys before -- I'm liking the rather 'spastic' (for lack of a better term) moves he makes. It actually adds to the song and is cool to watch.

I don't know whether it's stage fright like someone said...I think some people just have unique body movements especially when performing.

Personally, i dont think its stage fright. I think its his way to show his emotion in this song. And most all of their songs live he moves kinda like this (but this is crazy intense.) But i think its just him showing emotion in the music. Which i respect.

The song is emotionally intense. Rock bands demonstrate their intensity by loud music and lead singers jumping to and fro. Quiet songs, as this, you can't do that. So, the lead singers express it in other venues.

No different than a pianist leaning to and fro over the piano for a particularly intense and well felt song.
