if you ever get one, to save you from headache make sure you buy a phat ( the old first psp 1000 version)

more mods and stuff are out for it obviously since it's the oldest version.

it's also easier to use CFW and cfw applications on the psp if it's a phat.

psp 3000 has some shit for it maybe and 2000 finally has CFW but either way, 1000 is easiest to handle.
