    SLI runs better on a LGA1366 platform because LGA 1156 only supports x8, x8 for dual-SLI and x8,x8,x4 for tri-SLI.

  • @DandyDuckie Actually on this particular motherboard it can run x16, x16 for dual-SLI, not sure about tri-SLI though.

  • I heard SLI doesn't scale as good on Socket 1556 as it does on Socket LGA1366.

    What is your thoughts?
