  • Right Click Your Taskbar, Then Click Properties, Then Hit The Taskbar Tab, Then Check The "Use Small Icons" Box, Then Hit Apply Then Ok!!!

  • it is a theme. download it from deviantart or myvistathemes or sth like that.

    first get vistaglazz though, that autopatches files so you can use other themes.
