Kagan is well-qualified. alongside our commitments to our armed forces and gun rights are other commitments such as preventing discrimination on characteristics that are beyond one's control, and safety concerns. these commitments may sometimes conflict--resolving them are not always easy. but Kagan has a record for navigating tough terrain. Kagan is not some liberal puppet. She is mostly centrist.

Kagan and Napolitano-----Sorta reminds me of two water buffaloes "in season" This woman is unqualified. The Supreme Court is far too important to turn it over to a bunch Obama Trolls, Flunkies and Droids. Don’t let him place someone like her on the court. Anti American, Anti-Gun Anti –Military NO!
