  • dude ! what the fuck!!! nice :)

  • Let's see you try this with the beaters back..and no triggers.

  • @yousagayfish Let's see you suck a dick. Or make your own drum video over 140 bpm. Dumbass.

  • @yousagayfish You should be used for Bait,Chum.

  • @yousagayfish triggers has nothing to do with speed...

  • Thats sounds like the MPL w/ rapid fire from black ops. Dude thats incredible. Keep it up bro

  • What kick pad is that bro? By the way sick bass.

  • how did you practiced to control your feet?

    this is incredible doublebass dude

  • Very cool!!!

  • when hes going slow hes doing 16ths, when hes going fast hes doing 32ths!!!

  • you are the real deal.

  • not human

  • holy shit.

  • I got a charlie horse just from watching this shit!!! LOL!!

  • WTF :O

  • what double bass is that man? and how do you have spring tension? tight or loose? p.s. your awesome xD

  • it looks like you been influence by pete sandoval,bro......great job

  • O.O how teh fuck! lol How long did take you to get that fast and wat did you do?

  • i just bassgasmed

  • thats so amazing

  • the practice beat kills all death metal.

  • what's your feet motion please ? I'd like to get that technique, killer work by the way

  • Now that takes skill. Excellent work.

  • Thats awesome man, you use loose or tight springs?

  • @demsokk Spring tension is half way up

  • I think this video is amazing but it's to much easy to beat more fast at an electric drum than an acoustic one. But actually is really good

  • Nice dude. I like how you actually show your hammers as you play too. So many people with ekits post "OLOLOL INSANE 2MILLION BPM DRUMMING" but never dare show us what their bass pedals are doing. ;) Kudos man.

  • holy shit how fast can you run?

  • @horriblequin I have no idea, I hate cardio haha. True power comes from squatting ass to grass.

  • @DethMetalDrums or manual works with porn XD

  • @DethMetalDrums hahahaha squatting ass to grass xDDD

  • If i played this fast in my house, my house would actually fall down...

  • wait....i could've sworn i was wearing clothes at the beginning of this video....

  • Im supprised the sensor dosent have troubles picking up all those hits. Does it ever skip out on you?

  • @helpcurecatholicism Nope, not unless I'm hitting too softly. I turned the threshold up a bit from the factory preset, which seemed to do the trick.

  • @DethMetalDrums Really now? I have still have yet to see an actual sped up drum video. No real drummer will put that amount of time into video editing. It doesn't happen. It's pointless to do so.

  • Inferno could do 290 bpm

  • That's crazy! Awesome job!

  • o.O

  • WAIT Y CANT I LIKE OR DISLIKE COMENTS ANYMOORE

  • It is SPED UP ppl!!!

That is not real time folks!!

SPED UP, LAME...sorry but tats LAME!

  • @AcuraSE088 You're a fucking idiot. This isn't surprising, considering that your account name is a shitty car.

  • what practice method did you use to get it this fast? is it the derek roddy method or something else? Let me know thanks.

  • @DethMetalDrums LOL I love your reply.

  • @DethMetalDrums If this video is sped up, you're a god at editing and smoothing out the transition. lmfao

I personally think this video is great, and I've watched it many times, just from the amazement of speed. Great vid.

  • @AcuraSE088 haha you're stupid

  • @AcuraSE088 lol? that's nod speed up ! >_<

  • @AcuraSE088 you clearly know nothing, go back to playing bass

  • its funny cuz the pedals look like there on crack at 300 bpm

  • shame that youtube only supports up to 30 fps xD

  • @jorn1233 wrong but funny :)

  • awful but amazing

  • lol, you are just playing with your toes, right? im looking forward to get the Axis A-L2!

  • .... i think your superman of double bass

  • at first i was like

    - Hey! that's 8th notes -.-

    then i was like

    - O.O

  • @Xyzified hahaha

  • @Xyzified - Same here! I thought: "WTF everyone can play those 8th notes and then BAMMMMMM!

  • thumbs up if you said OH SNAP!

  • when i saw 1:42 my reaction was WHAT THE FUUUUUUUCK

  • How do you do it, is it all in the foot, or lifting the legs?

  • Doubles or singles sorry?

  • @Birdhouse002 singles

  • I can go much faster than that........

    In my wildest, wildest dreams.

  • Aborted fetuses are a small mammal and we all know from Jon Petrucci's Psycho Exercises videos that small mammals are great for the hands and apparently the feet.

  • Good Shit dude

  • dont we all wish we had axis longpedals :|

  • Unbelivable i also play drums and play can only play 95 with single :P

  • What camera are you using?

  • what kind of kit is this? It sounds awesome

  • He's on speed.

  • I want your babies.

  • Ok i do not have a drum set or know much about them but, Can you change the sensitivity on the pedal so it takes less to power to make it swing?

  • @MrBoynkin Yeah, you can raise the spring tension. Mine are 1/2 of the way tightened.

  • im 18 years old i use my iron cobra double pass pedals, i use only my socks im not comfy wearing any type of shoes and fastest ive gone is 270. that speed you got there is just intense lol 300? damn

  • DUDE!! what the fuck do you eat?

  • @Subhramani Lot's of meat and aborted fetuses.

  • @DethMetalDrums lol great comeback bro

  • @DethMetalDrums don't forget the ranch

  • jajaja

this son a bitch is a fuking beast!

    great shit dude!

  • new saw idea. put someones face infront of those.

  • @c1134206 That would be fucking awesome.

  • @DethMetalDrums Dude how about playing 16th triplets:D?joking:P....About the tapping I agree ...It's almost kinda imposible to play at fucking 300 tempo 16th with heel ups or what ever normal technique you use...Btw I have a question do you have any tips to increase the speed?I am stuck at 230 bpm and don't know why i can't get over...

  • @SlayerAddicted i find for myself that 220-230 is my limit using heel up technique. After that i need the swival technique, im still working on it, but, when i do get it i've clocked my self at 290. Also at about 250 i find most people start to loose power using heel up, which doesnt really matter for electric kits, where as swival keeps some of the power there.

  • @c1134206 Wow that would tickle!

  • @moket123 Lol its not letting me thumbs up your comment, if I could I would lol.

  • do you need to warm up before you play? my legs always seem so stiff when i start to play

  • @Erdschmelze I usually just jump right into playing. Nothing wrong with warming up though haha

  • Holy shit!!!! Very cool!!!

  • thats how fast the rev was

  • @OlracNamlah

    yeah, he wished.

  • 0 threshold and 32 sensitivity set in your roland module?

  • @Crajche sens 9, thresh 3

  • got some nice robot legs there

  • ohhhh myyy

  • that's insane. But that electric kick has a trigger on it... right?

  • @hktmdrums Yup, that's how e-drums produce their sound. All the drum and cymbal pads have triggers in them, and you can adjust the sensitivity. You can set them to respond like a real drum; so if you hit them softer, it comes out of the amp softer.

  • @DethMetalDrums Also though, you can adjust the velocity on the brain to make it where the softest hits are equally as loud as the loud hits. Which is where kids get the idea triggers are "cheating." And in that way, it kind of is. But is no different than a mic'd up kick drum with and killer equalization and compression setting.

  • yeaaaaaaaah you´re a drum of hell!!1 fuck!!!!!!!!!! |m|

  • hehe 1:27 wink ;3

  • sounds fuckin sick

  • dude you're crazy.. just like Hellhammer..!! \m/

  • BADASS! Teach me your ways!!!!!! XD

  • wooww!!

  • who is this guy...??..can i be your student??.;)

  • V for duh VIBRATOR!!!

  • flat foot technique?

  • @AlterBridgefanc Nope, just heel up single stroke.

  • @DethMetalDrums WTH?!?!

  • @DethMetalDrums what the?

  • @DethMetalDrums how in the fuck do you fucking do that!!!!

  • @AlterBridgefanc i use the flat foot :P

  • 1:28 HOLLY SHIT O_o DID U SEE GEORGE KOLLIAS!!!!!!!!

  • Well, I must say, your pedals looked like jello at 300 BPM's, haha. I wish i had those skills. And the rest of your drumming was very clean, may i add. Good job man

  • are those axis longboard a-x2??

  • @guitalfredo Yup.

  • At 300bpm didn't even look like your foot was moving it's like your leg is in a spasm

  • gotta love those axis pedals

  • Damn that shit looked like it was about to break!

  • i bet he plays for Bless The Fallen

  • awasome *___*

  • how long did it take you to get this good?

  • ur maniac

  • seizureeeeeee,,,,, of the feet

  • im surprised them shoes havent caught on fire

  • badass man

  • hey dude, how long did it take you to reach this level?great job,btw

  • i love the snare man....danny carey signature i suppose?

  • @umphable It's a Maryland snare, Baltimore 14x5.5

  • sixtuplets.....

  • Those are some hard working kicks!!!

  • Thats insane :l

  • nicccce! ALL IN THE LONGBOARDS

  • LOL!!!!!!!! thats crazy

  • This is nothing short of impressive. You really have the vibrating foot technique down. Thumbs WAY up!

  • I'm pianist. Have learned piano for 14 years... i just cant imagine to play a tremolo that fast. o_O Y'r awesome!

  • FALCON BASS

  • Dude, how can you vibrate your foot? That's insane

  • 84 people hate that they cant even go 100 bpm

  • ... speechless

  • How long have you been playing man? :D

  • Why do the beaters change at 280bpm? Curious :)

  • The only question is, can you blast that fast?

  • @slayermanbob Yes.

  • omg mad props dudester!

  • Where the fuck do you live! İ need you in my band dude u r insaneeee

  • Dude, kudos on the speed and control. Fuck the haters, they're just jealous. Those who criticize wantonly clearly have little grasp of really mastering an art, whatever your taste or 'opinion.'

  • A DEMON!!

  • On an electronic kick it's still impressive, but I'd love to see it played on an acoustic kick. Nicely done!

  • that kid sickdick182 or whatever is just salty because hes an amputee. thanks for showing the world you have Chuck Norris legs sir.

  • Are those double strokes or single strokes? If they're single then big :) that's even more impressive!!!!!!!!! If that's real legit 300 bpm then you technically are faster then George kollias!! But I kinda doubt it.

  • @drummermikerocks1 Thanks man, they're singles.

  • @DethMetalDrums holy shit dude, now you can make kolias fans shut up

  • thats pretty fucking fast

  • Damn. You've got some chops.

  • to be honest, i saw the title and i expected to laugh at someone failing at a 300bpm attempt, or to hear triplets when they thought 16ths. My God sir im a fully impressed, very very impressive control. your feet looks like its just floating.

  • you have an STD.....spastic toe disease hahaha

  • Hey DethMetal you should do Albright by Blessthefallen or The Legend of Rent by Here comes the kraken

  • That sounds SICK man!!!! Gotta love triggers for what they can do!!! Nice speed there! Good vid!!

  • what kinda pedals do you use?

  • Holy shit

  • thats badd ass man fo real

  • I just started playing drums but still curious how the hell you manage that

  • It's tapping, but still well done. You obviously have control over your feet, and as said, not many people in the world can play loud at 300 bpm without triggers. Kollias can do at least 280, and still has power, but he uses triggers to improve the sound further. I wonder how fast he really can go.. :/

  • wtf.... faster than uzi

  • I haven't read any of the comments but i'm going to look now and i bet all the comments will be saying how great playing fast is.

Playing slow is a lot more impressive because you have to be able to keep time better.

  • @str84ever I would disagree. Playing at very slow speeds simply requires good timing, which can easily be accomplished through subdividing. Playing fast requires good timing as well, but also a much higher caliber of physical capability.

  • @DethMetalDrums Don't get me wrong, your video is really quite impressive. I also agree that it requires a lot physical capabilities as well. However i see a lot of players who play very sloppy double kick and you can get away with it at mid-high tempos. With playing slow like 30bpm there is very little room for error. What i am saying is that playing fast is playing fast but playing slow you really need to think about it. I suppose i was wrong, they are both equally impressive!

  • @DethMetalDrums Excellent!

Ironically, the only complaint i have is the sound of your hat, or maybe how staccato you're hitting it. Back off on it a tad on those 32nd's, and the kicks will have even more clarity. I say again though, good job!!!

(It's cool that you're single stroking all those)

  • epic

  • Wow, you're crazy fast. Any tips or recommendations on technique, excersises, etc.?

    Thanks.

    Austin.

  • What trigger set up are you using! My drummer is getting really good at double strokes and now I need a different set up to record his speed! I'm going to buy a triggering set up for acoustic drums and was wondering what you were using for a triggering brain?? Sounds fucking sweet BTW!!!

  • He obviously induced a rapid seizure in his foot.

  • pointless and a waste of time

  • @sickstix182 Thanks for that description of your sex life.

  • @DethMetalDrums lololOLOLOLOLolol

  • @DethMetalDrums Hahah good one =)

  • @DethMetalDrums that was the best answer to an insult ive ever seen

  • @DethMetalDrums comeback of the century haha
