This is very clear and even when I am thinking I see a 'pitfall' it is explained in the next second. To begin with Scott choosing for example, a spouse named Jenny to work with confused me and I couldn't think of my own choice clearly but I see that I need to take the bare bones of what he is saying and work with it myself ... ie I can't just use the videos to do the job! Excellent. On hearing Scott's voice one time I could experience spaciousness and the peace it brings.
