@bert872 That's called paying 'homage' to the original. Honestly, better that then putting the predator in L.A. or Antarctica again. The director realized that the only real predator movie was the first. So he went back to basics, and to say it was the first 'good' predator film since the first, is a lot my friend.
@avpruler When I saw them in the trailer I hated them. I made up my mind right there and then that I hated the idea of pred-dogs being in this film. But quite honestly I didn't mind them. They were there for one scene and they did their jobs perfectly. If they had removed the dogs at the time in the movie and replaced them with the predators themselves it would have been much too early, yet if that scene was replaced with more walking through the jungle then it would have held out on the action
@avpruler I think there is a reason for having the predator alive. The Bad Bloods were most likely torturing him, that or leaving him to starve to death or whichever.
wth, I saw this movie in the cinema, so dissapointed. Copied way too much from the first movie including when Adrien strips off for the predator.

@ScarPred Same, I thought it was a cool idea. the only parts I had to resist pointing out were
1. The scene where they're on the hill and see the planets, I think they should have had less of them, it made it look...a lil fake.
2. Why did they keep the Predator on the pole(heehee) alive? It almost seemed he was just a plot device.
