I know how to do it without the grapping

1: Go to the top building just like on 0:38

2: go to the corner and click him like on 0:40

3: you should be jumping down and up only a little

4:now keep clicking the agent dude

5:now wait 5 seconds while hes still jumping

6: make him go up and left click it but don't let go so u have to hold up and you should be going down

7:Keep holding it till you reach the very ground

8: And BOOM you did it!!
