@MissBombastiQue, I'm assuming you're wanting a Macbook. If you're going to be doing any sort of Graphic Design or Video editing, you want a laptop with it's down dedicated GPU. The new 2011 13.3" Macbook Pro doesn't have a dedicated GPU, though the updated processor is good. The 15" model is ideal, and the 17" is powerful though not portable.

I wanted Fusion, I ended up with Parallels from another bundle. Now, I will not spend that extra on Fusion. I never use any of the softwares. My advice would be not to purchase, unless you already want a few items from the list.

Well that would be because shareware has been mostly displaced with freeware and open-source software on Windows and Linux. Finding free software to do something is much easier on the Windows and Linux platforms and the hardware is much cheaper to boot.

A PC doesn't come with near as many quality programs as a Mac does. All Mac Computers come with iLife right out of the box. This includes iMovie, iPhoto, iDVD, & GarageBand. You also get great programs like Front Row, Photo Booth, Spaces, Dashboard, Time Machine, Expose & So Many More I Can't remember them all. With A PC you do get alot of programs, but most of it is crapware that you have to wind up uninstalling. You only get a few that you can actually use. So you tell me which is better?

Thats a very poor and biased statement I have to say. Yes Mac has evolved over the past few years and is begining to become a decent computer platform all round. But PC's still dominate the market and will dominate for a very long time. Any program on MAC can be gotton on a PC simply with a diffrent alias.

A lot of Mac programs are useless also, so you saying PC has all crapware is not a fair statment. It simply depends on what you are into. You're not going to install something you wont use.

plus pc can actually handle games like crysis without having to pay $3000. mine was $850 and handles crysis on High at 40 fps

My anti virus ware is free. Pc has better community, graphics, and controls than consoles and they only cost like $200 more(excluding an hdtv). And personally i hate OSX, and if you put windows on your mac then you have to worry about viruses.
