Dattebeyo doesn't mean believe it btw. The word itself doesn't have an actual meaning. It's just a little catch phrase thing that naruto says. And apparently from what I've read, Masashi kishimoto actually said that it was not based or modeled on anything, just that it was a way of adding character to naruto and just giving him his own thing. The dubs a piece of shit so don't think that all because he says believe and also Dattebeyo a lot, that they mean the same things.
