You have a book, I have a book. yes, God is real. the bible is man's version of religion since faith cannot be proven scientifically. this is why the fundamentals of religion are true, but since man wrote the bible, there are many inacuracies in the bible.

@trijigon well your analogy is good but wrong for his method. he uses the same lines for a good reason. first to go against them he will use straw man argument set ups. his main method is degrade and make the person feel as if they are wrong, bad, and must make redemption(no body wants to look bad) and some sort of excuse for whats said against them. next is fear tactics to get them to not only have fake shame but to progress it and make them compliant. its messed up. its brainwashing.

If a murderer did 1 good deed, he is still a murderer. 1 good deed isn't 100% good because God has 10 standards by which ALL your deeds should abide by. To be 100% good you would have to always follow all of the commandments.
It is the same way with our government. To keep from paying a fine/going to jail, you have to always obey all the laws the government makes. Once you break just one, you are held accountable and punished.

@TexCarolina No, none of it has been proven. No prophecies have ever been fulfilled and none of them ever will be fulfilled. The date of the Israel prophecy was completely wrong and it was an inevitable occurrence anyways. All of the "prophecies" in the book are illiterate and indirect descriptions of the future that can describe almost anything. So many idiots think their interpretations are correct while they dismiss the rest. I'm not surprised that you would lie about it. Typical christian.

When Jesus died for people, He died for all of their sins, not just for Original Sin. We are guilty for both our sins and for Adam's sins. We are guilty for Adam's sins because he is our representative. God saw everyone sinning in Adam.
Just because God cannot forgive people unless His demand is met, does not mean that He is not omnipotent. Omnipotent does not mean the ability to do anything. Omnipotence means having unlimited power.

We dont have the capacity or the privilege to understand reasons and wisdom of God. God is God, Isaiah 45 touches on some of these points, if it helps. lol the law leaves people defenseless showing the person their sin and the reason they need a savior, may not like it but its what Jesus did :p and its the best way to do it because Jesus did it

yes, God is real. the bible is man's version of religion since faith cannot be proven scientifically. this is why the fundamentals of religion are true, but since man wrote the bible, there are many inacuracies in the bible.

You realize that you just condemed people for killing their children when that is exactly what god did to jesus and which you praise him for so highly. Whats more evolution says nothing about morality, it is morrally neutral both in prinicple and implication. If you want reasons for morality look at sociology. No religion does not mean total moral relativism, in fact it gives several solid biological reasons for people to be moral without making any statements on morality.
