3 years saving is a lot. If you have several guitars, and love this one go for it. if you can afford only one (which is already a lot) try other 4k$ gibson, martin, larrivée, breedlove... and find the best sounding/looking balance that suits your needs. Cheers.

It is from rare woods and I believe would not loose value too much, may even gain value because of the few made.
It has a specific sound. sound from this video is bad, and I'm not a great player, but I'll try to make better records.
It is an ASTOUNDING built quality.
I have a Gibson SJ200. sound is totally different, very nice guitar also, but bulid quality, as nice as it can be for a Gibson, is way ridiculous compared to the Taylor.
Hello, yes i know all this. I have played the guitar and what i meant is that a tacoma tacoma of a third of the price maybde sounded even better. I played them threw a fishman aurora. I know the guitar is Awesome, but Taylor is always overpriced. Although they do make great guitars.
It does also sound good, if you like Taylor sound, which is very different from my gibson sj200 and my Martin DM, which are also different from each other.
Excellent playability, thought I raised a bit the action cause it was too low, I prefer it higher, but this guitar is so well built that you can really have a low low action.

I compared it to a tacoma taylor, and the tacome sounded better to me. This guitar is AWESOME but also a bit too expensive.
