Max Baer really rejected ALL things BH. He was violently rejecting interviews, histories, book deals, reunions, conventions and such. Then he opened that casino way out of LV, and it had a tint of BH. Now, he is going to make oodles of money, he seems to like it again. Life, to him, must be all about him.

The Ponderosa ranch property was bought by developers who don't give a sh*t about the ranch. They are building multi-dwellings on the site.
