I thought punk wasn't about musical perfection. Instead, it is about being a rebel and lacking of set standards. This song might sound noisy but it seems to be getting plenty of people up and jumping in concerts... I think that's all that matters.

lol... but the difference is that No Brain has dedicated itself to music, they open up a show and people pay to watch them, they can get people up and jumping. Yeah a lot of people can play music but not all of them can do what NB is doing.
