  • spectacular really

  • this is fresh

  • u r a life saver!!!!!

  • keep working hard bro health is wealth!!!

  • One rep? That's all? And your legs were not straight.

  • @RawFitChris Haha it is a max one rep, there's no reason that legs should or should not be straight. I'd love to see you pull-up the same amount of weight.

  • @brianmt Yes they should be. When I was 35 I regularaly did pulliups with 75lb for 10-15 reps. At age 20 I have done 85lb for 8-10 reps. I did 22 reps wide grip chinup (not reccomended). I am 52 now, and I am 6 ft one with long limbs, and always suffered nerve damage on my left side compounded by and auto wreck, but I would rather challenge you to dead lifts or dips if you wanted? Just give me tirme to train for chin ups. I will keep my legs straight, bro! Good effort you had, however. Still.

  • @RawFitChris A pissing contest, eh? Haha honestly your pull ups were not dead hang every time. I really don't have time for this bruddah dog. With protein and a non-raw diet I look much better than anyone who is raw and vegan so I don't really worry about this much.

  • @brianmt Absolute dead hang. Of course cheating like you did i could do 50% more. By the way, I mean you no harm. I think you are almost on the right track. You are just not ready yet. Keep up the good work though. Over and out!

  • @RawFitChris haha your aware this video is from quite a while ago yes? Check out the new stuff

  • that was badass but next time don't let the guy recording turn the camera like that, it's pretty annoying.
