I learned that if you apply less mascara on the upper lashes then it won't rub off on your lenses. I wear my glasses everyday and less mascara (one coat) on top lashes works wonderful. Hope this helps.

I'm using mascara now for months every day and I STILL can't do that wriggel thing *sigh* Whenever I try I end up paiting my lids -.-
