I was bullied all through school *and* bullied at home. I have PTSD from all the abuse. I have had counseling and do like the person I am. I still suffer from PTSD, not as bad as it was. Anyone who is calling you names Liane is jealous because you are a beautiful, sweet, kind, sensitive young lady. There is a book called, "The Highly Sensitive Person." It's about people like us. We exist and it is good we do. I am so sorry for the loss of your friend. Hold on. It does get better.

wow.. just.. wow.. My purpose is not to be rude but i don't understand how words can hurt some people so much. Well if someone says that im a fag or whatever, I start thinking it as a joke, even if they yell it right to my face. this habit started when I was in 7th grade, It was usual that some people came to call me many bad things, so I tough that if i have kinda black humorous mind, i can laugh to that stuff, so whenever someone call'd me a fag, I started to laugh, it backfired anger to them.

i have three kids and worry about this all the time. my middle child is special and i worry about him none stop that this will happen to him. i just pray that this will stop. every kid out there deserve to go to school happy. i teach my kids to be nice and treat everyone the some no matter what. i just hope that it will work.

What a remarkable and courageous video! I did not know Jasmine- but this happened in my old home town. I am grown now...but when I was in HS I almost became one of these statistics. I know how it feels to get bullied. I just want to stop people who bully others and ask them if they liked it if I made them hate themselves; if I called them fat, ugly, a whore, or stabbed their insecurities day in and day out. People who think it's funny should be ashamed of themselves. Words hurt. Actions hurt more. And suicide ruins lives outside of the bullied person; the family, the friends, the peers. It's not a joking matter and anyone who bullies is hiding their own insecurities.

Amazing video, I know how it feels being bullied, and I know how easy it is to give up, I know how it feels that it will never end.

But I made it.

I managed to live with the bullying. I was crying every single day, I cut myself, but still, I managed to survive. Suicide was an option, considered and even attempted, but when I was about to commit suicide, I thought to myself, that if I did this, the bullies would win the fight, and I did not want that.

I hope other teens can think the same thing<3

Thank You for making this video. I also want to stress that even adults endure bullying and contemplate suicide. Just this week my boyfriend of 6 yrs found his mother barely breathing having taken handfuls of various medications. She is 59 years old. She is very lonely & is bullied everyday at work for being a slow learner. (she has been working at this same company for over 27yrs and they just significantly cut her pay in hopes of getting her to quit.) She left a suicide not stating all this.

Bullying is a problem that has been overlooked for too long. Enough is enough!!!! It is time to stand up and say STOP BULLYING ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!! Before another teen takes their life before another teen feels they are all alone before another teen feels that death is the only solution before its too late we need to take a stand. Bullying needs to stop! This is a very VERY serious issue that MUST BE STOPPED. Bullying is another way of murder, and this has to be recognized.

My name is Roisin. When I was in primary school, I was being bullied for my weight, and how I looked. I was new, and I talked differently to everyone else, and they thought that was acceptable to start bullying me. I walked to school by myself everyday, and I would debate whether or not to jump in front of the passing cars. It got better for me, but that's not always the case. Don't fool yourself into believing that you can't make a difference because you can we all can if we just keep working together. Any help & any support makes a difference. The first friend I made when I moved 2.5 hours away from my family hung herself in her closet on August 4, 2010... She never let anyone know how upset she truly was. We need to stop this. There are NINE year olds out there who take their own lives due to bullying. This is crazy and needs to stop!

Also, I'll be 20 this Oct. so not technically a teen...but I'll march for Brittany if I can get the funds to get out there.
