Unless you can see the whole footage or witnessed the incident yourself, you can't really understand what has led officers to use such measures. Most likely all these suspects were violent to police. So I got off at the next stop and ran over there...their attitudes immediately changed (gave more personal space to my father) when I showed up, because there was now a witness.

We need tougher laws against the law enforcers... I caught a couple of these Government thugs trying to pull this shit on my father who is 55 years old. They cornered him all alone in the middle of the night at a bus stop. I was coming on another bus and saw him at the bus stop (both cops were swarming him). So I got off at the next stop and ran over there...their attitudes immediately changed (gave more personal space to my father) when I showed up, because there was now a witness.

this is sad...i am currently in the application process for The United States Border Patrol. Once I become an Agent, I will make sure that I respect other people no matter what they have done. The guy at the end blatantly needed medical attention, and the officer is kicking him in the back? Wow...he should be terminated and that guy should be rewarded millions of dollars. Some officers and agents have no integrity and respect. This is unethical, and it must stop.
