Plus I hate when ppl call Nicki or any other rap artist for that matter "wack" just bcz they don't like them--especially when they're topping Billboard charts. If I don't like somebody (like Soulja Boy) I simply say "I don't like his music" but I can't call him wack bcz he has millions (or thousands) of fans.

ok....In most of the older rap vids if the rapper is male...they say"This is better than Lil Wayne blah blah." 100% of the time it's true. But there is NO NEED to INJECT HIS NAME in a classic vip post.
Now I have discovered a disturbing new trend. Comparing a 1984-85 female artist to Nicki Minaj(or WTF the spelling is) I mean....YO! WHAT THE FUCK? I dont support her or WEEZY F BABY a.k.a. KISS A MANNINDAMOUF ...But I do NOT mention them when I'm watching artists that I do like or support.

I love this! Love her flow & I actually like her voice despite ppl talking about how squeaky it is.
For the record, I'm a 90s baby & I LOVE NICKI MINAJ. She's an excellent rapper & her lyrics are extremely clever. I think ppl should give her a chance & LISTEN 2 her lyrics before they judge. The things she writes may not match up w/the beginnings of hip hop but that doesn't mean she's trash. Look past the clothes & animation & LISTEN first.
