For this version they're lip synching. It's too cold and open for the sound to travel correctly in an arena like that. It would sound awful no matter how well they were actually singing. On stage they always perform live, and they always do amazing, but not for a parade.

The Wickershams in this one are phenomenal. The Sour Kangaroo was amazing, as well. Horton sounded a bit rushed in the beginning, I don't think he was as good as he could have been then, but he sounded way better later. The Bird Girls sounded good, and I loved Gertrude. Mayzie was completely amazing- she did a really good job. In short, this is freaking AWESOME

Since it's closed; it has been performed in schools and community theaters all over the world. Plus a new version revival that was performed in Toronto, Canada.
