So far Bolt's 100% healthy and training, if he can stay injury free all season I'm sure he'll reach his goal in going sub 9.5 or at least come close. A sub 19 is also possible if the conditions are good (19.30 and 19.19 were both into headwinds). Bolt's only 24, I doubt he's peaked yet..

Why can't this guy just spring AT FULL SPEED until THE VERY END?? And break the world record as FAST AS POSSIBLE?? Will it hurt him in anyway possible?
He started slowing down about 10 meters towards the end. Why can't he just do the best time he possibly can while he's in his prime and best shape of his life?

this is going to be stupid but sprinting that fast really takes alot out them, they are all really fit but still are still panting a few minutes after the race...amazing speed

basically, anyone who knows basic biomechanics/physics can understand that usain bolt is the perfect specimen, his lever arms the perfect angle for rate of force production and acceleration, therefore his parents and are to thank for the genes they produced, science tells the story here, not god

If I ever meet Usain Bolt, I would rather not talk to him about religion. But if he start talking about God helped him and so on, I would not hesitate to say my opinion about that.
And I dont hate on you, saying my opinion and I want you to tell me about the proof you have that God helped him, or some proof that God exist. This is making a mockery of the game. The bear didn't do anything, so why is he taking pictures with Usain Bolts. First: "Berlino" was very popular. Just within a few days the merchandising was sold out. Even Mr. Bolt has written on his shirt "I'm a Berlino" (similar to Kennedys words in Berlin). Second: Of course an event like this don't NEED a mascot. Of course it's entertaining enough. But when there is a mascot in addition, who cares? Third: I'm getting offensive, because you make your opinions without knowing the facts.

@richwells1....i disagree.....we have two juniors here in Jamaica, who are as tall as Bolt when he was their age.....Jahzeel Murphy at the age of 15 ran 10.51 and 20.89..the other is Odean Skeen at age 16 ran 10.41 and 20.84...both are still under 17
