Everyday food my butt! I know cooking shows make everything look super easy, but Jesus Christ! Cheese does not slide so easily into gutted chicken, and slicing garlic and basic is NOT that quick.

That looks a little too tricky - I'd just butterfly the chicken and wrap it up up again with twine and a toothpick.

I love Margots cooking on pbs Saturday.. i wish she had more vids on youtube. So relaxing after a long week of work just to wake up and watch her cook. :D
