Why is a person who speeks out aginst tyrany a combatant when an elected offical that breaks their oath and signs a law or supports a bill that goes aginst the Constitution which is a direct attack on our country not prosicuted for being a TRAITOR? any law that is in contradiction with the Constitution is invalid the Constitution trumps all laws no laws can deny rights guaranteed in it and the second amendment is only there to guard aginst TYRANY it has nothing to do with self defense or hunting
