BEAUTIFUL, I LOVE IT!!!!!! This house is so awesome and so much like the dream house in my mind, it seems to have a pinch of Frank Lloyd Wright design, just beautiful! The only thing I dislike is the red cabinets in the kitchen. Small Lot, but that is the Philippines and a small lawn means less work, L-O-L!

yay!!! I love the house... it's so tropical or most likely a zen design house.... From the landscape up to the interior design it's so beautiful... but, it'll be nicer if they have a big lawn so more landscaping could be done..

Much that i love Mike Penas, work. I think this house is not worth 40 million. If you try to look at the details materials use looks cheap.They interior design looks awful.

That's on Pinesville, WP near Gate 2! It's really nicely designed. How much is it and will you give commission if we find a buyer overseas? My parents/aunt have a duplex house in Charleyville St, WP and I visited for Xmas and recall passing by this house in and out of White Plains. I live in Toronto Canada.
