  • omg this guy rocks

  • Very nice and meditative - I would just add that this is not surya, this is chandra namaskara. When the leg goes back, he goes in the half moon posture... It is good to do this series to calm, in the evening. Surya can be more dynamic, done with the sunrise, to wake up :)

  • Excellent

  • Great video, Thanks

  • Regarding breathing in and out. You breath in when you open and breath out when you close.

  • Holy shytes!!! This guy is awesome!!! Compared to this master, my salutations look like spastic. I need to improve a lot.

    What an eye opener.

  • sir, you are doing wonderfully but please say us when to inhale and when to exhale for each aasan . that is important in asanas for any layman

  • @sharadasrinivas from what i learned, you need to inhale while you arch backwards, and exhale when you bend inwards. i use this as a general rule for most yoga postures.

  • @sharadasrinivas inhale whenever you open up and exhale whenever you close or squeeze your body

  • please give the inhaling and exhaling tips with the poses ..

  • I prefer to learn from men. I'm so tired of the American marketing of Yoga using the female sex function. "Check this out! You too can have a cute, tight little Yogabutt just like me if you do as I say!" omg Go! Away! I can relax into learning much better if I'm watching men.

    Thank you for being there!

  • @L00kng cool that you enjoy learning from men, but don't discount all women teachers.

  • @L00kng if you do these exercises you'll have a cute, tight Yogabutt like his!

  • wowwwww

  • byłem 108 któremu się spodobało :) biorę to za dobry znak :) piękna płynność i fantastyczna elastyczność!

    namaste!

  • Good one..

  • Fantastic form!

  • @rbsavant Something's amissing in his form. And it's gonna be hurt the spine. U noticed he skipped plank? For me, I don't care how reputable is the name nor how long the person has been practising. If the body feels abnormality or side-effect, that means the person has done wrongly. Right form should not conflict with nature. When we conflict with nature, our body will feel the side-effect. This is what determines right and wrong doctrine.

  • Who is this master?

  • i would like to wear adhoti

  • perfect

  • Ati utkrushta. I like this. The way he bends and perms this namaskar. Please put autdio or text instructions in the video.

  • who is this baba ji?

  • I just want to hear him say "Yoga fire!" like Dhalsim from street fighter. This guy is cool

  • Sehr ästhetisch! Perfekt!

  • WOW!

  • watch it

  • I want a pair of those pants.

  • @gumonthepants It is dhoti . aren't they beautiful?

  • @suvarbal Very much so. Thank you for the name, maybe I can find them in Little India here in New York.

  • Thank you very much!!!!!

  • very helpful stuff...

  • Very helpful video with all the correct poses for suryanamaskara -- thank you for posting.

  • This guys is a G

  • its showing correct posture of suryanamskara there is no modification

  • @shanxutube. Well I Donot want to comment on your teacher as I am too small for it. May be we both should go back to our teachers and check. But I would suggest you donot insult any of our fellow viewers of youtube, which would display your ignorance :-). Obviously you are not the only learned one even if you learned from 3 aachaaryas.

I know that they give the benefits of (Dakshina Pada Prasaranasana and Akunchanasana). Traditionally the right leg is used first in all hindu customs.

  • @aviezz Well said. Remember to be non-judgmental. It may matter which leg you start with, but even if you do it "wrong", for each individual it is better to attempt it, than to not. My personal opinion, I am not learned, not enlightened, and not even a regular practitioner.

Oh, and it definitely IS for beginners! You may flex your legs, you do not have to tilt your back backwards 90 degrees. Your body is the vehicle, it is the state of your mind that matters. My opinion, I am not a teacher.

  • Its like saying how the hell does it matter if you breath with the left or right nostral as long as one is breathing. I does matter, if you breath with the right nostral it is called suryabethi pranayam and if you use the left nostral its called chandrabethi pranayam. So if you start suryanamaskar with your right foot back rather than the left foot it does matter. Know something before you comment on something!! They say ignorance is bliss :-) !!

  • @shanxutube

Why in the world would it make a difference which legs goes back first? As long as you remember to alternate it really doesn't matter. Honestly what a thing to focus on.

  • @321womble

    right leg shld go 1st

  • wonderfulll ---- yoga

  • That's interesting... I want to go back to yoga.

  • @shanxutube : Buddy, its the right leg back and then reversal of positions... What has been shown, is correct practice.. :-)..

  • @aviezz Its not and I have learnt it from three acharyas (at different points in time) and it is always the left leg back and right ieg forward initially and then reversal of position.

  • very nice !!!!!!!!

  • Realy Awsome

  • Класс
