Yea relatively new :) I've been a student since November of last year. I take forms instruction from all of the instructors. Sam, Tammy, Tom, Gerry, David, etc
@nebulaterous thanx for the compliment and the third move I did was actually supposed to be a fu jow lol .One of the guys from the newport news va school showed me it one day at a jow ga function years ago. Sadly when I was making this vid I was screwing around , not really thinking and I showed it incorrectly. Btw you said you take jow ga, If you don't mind me asking who is your instructor?

pretty nice. Jow Ga rules. I too, am a member of the family.
first punch is a da choy, followed by gwa choy.. not entirely sure what the last one is. Glad you are enjoying your martial art :)
