one day a girl named sarah found a note on her bed that said "run" p.s. u cant turn back on this comment now... anyways, she thought it was her brother so she burned it. The next day another note on her bed said "sarah run away or ill come and kill you- mary" she rolled her eyes and threw it away. that night, a bloody ghost came to her and "u have no more warings sarah! ive come to kill you!" the ghost threw a knife at sara and killed her. send this to over 10 vids or u 2 will die

I love this game a lot is my favorite kof and i have a hige level in this game that chang is powerfull. Cool!!! 5 stars

Was kof2000 good at high competitive levels? You could pull off insane stuff with the strikers.
I remember all the ralf/clark players using joe as striker, and the other players either another iori or seth. But the number of strikers was insane, can't even think about all the possibilities.
Also, I liked 2000 Robert/Guile better than his other incarnations

It's looked down on by a lot of people, but I think it was awesome at high level. Iori/Clark/Ralf with Joe striker is just one of many top tier teams. K', Jhun, Lin, Benimaru, Kyo, Chang, plus A.Iori/Seth/Cool Choi as strikers were all godly. There were a lot of other really competitive characters, too. A really crazy game, it's actually my 2nd favorite KOF behind kof98um. I would kill for a kof2000um.

It was the first kof I played, and the striker system was also a way for a beginner to compete with the more experienced players since you could call a striker to save you after a mistake (and the older players were not used to the striker system and could frequently be caught off guard) :D
But I think they should have made the strikers a little less effective: for example, if a striker can be used to correct a mistake, it shouldn't be possible to do a huge combo afterwards, and viceversa

Player 2 was too concerned in the later rounds about striker use. He did much better playing Chang without strikers.
