You could do such a better job if you took your time and actually went top to bottom as well as all the way around 360. Once complete it lines everything up almost perfect even if the "operator" has done a bad job.

the reason it has bad stitching is because when you do a panorama youre supposed to take a picture of something like 10 feet away.

Also, that imperfection occurs in panoramic photos with the camera that comes with any iPhone, in your case the iPhone 4. That's simply because the iPhone's camera doesn't have a wide-angle lens, so it isn't designed to take panoramic photos, and you're complaining that because of the 'app' that the 'stitching' isn't that great... When really it's the best that can really be done with any iPhone, there's a hardware limitation. Not much can be done about that.

try it out doors idiot panoramas are hard to get indoors. Outside the stitching would be much better. With professional dslr's panoramas are only EASILY achieved outdoors at longer ranges even then it can still be tough.

If you want to see a 360 photo go download the app and do it yourself. You don't complain that a movie trailer only lasts for 5min. Same logic d***head.

The stitching gets a lot better when you're in a light area ^^ When it says 'Low Lighting' you should move your ipod/iphone really slowly, to keep the triangle in the coloured bar, but when you're outside on a sunny day the bar is fully coloured, and you can take a well-stitched panorama pic within 5 seconds ^^

you should've done a demo outside on a sunny day, because you can literally drag your phone across and it'll make a perfect picture. you wouldn't have to stop every 3 seconds for it to register because of the low lighting inside.

josh please just for the prove and experiment can you mount your Iphone on tripod and take pictures while moving sharply in two directions. please, just an experiment to see if the stitching is actually working or not working. PS i think you should do experimental video on apps like this.
