I did pointe for 5 years (ballet and lyrical for 12), I had my fair share of cramps, that's not how you fall when you have a cramp. Sorry.

yes I do pointe. about 15 hours a week out of the 30 something hours I train in classical ballet.

Sorry I am not doubting your pain/cramp.

The video is titled "fall over ballet" so we expected to see a true fall. You kinda just thew yourself to the floor, it's different from falling.
