I played Everquest, before Velious came out. Now i am currently playing everquest2. I beat all the warcraft series, and have played WoW all the way to the lichking and i quit. Cause everquest 2 is just a better community and alot better feel rather than warcraft.

If you like WoW thats cool but everquest takes the cake by far.

$19.99 you mean. And he didn't throw away any money, he bought an item so the money was already transferred to whatever place he bought the game. He threw the game in the trash, which is a box that contains 5 Game discs, a manual, a blizzard catalog, and probably two guest passes. There are no forms of any currency in the box. So he didn't throw any money away. Some people might say that it was a waste, but most people who say that usually waste things themselves some way or another anyways.

1: What is the size of EQ2s gaming world like, how long does it take to get around.

2: What is the maxium level and what are the raids/dungeons at the maximum level? Also is it difficult to reach the max level.

3: Is there alot of lore involved in this game and what is the role playing like?

I'm thinking of playing this game after about 3 years of WoW. Thanks :)

yea hehe, because I don't have time to waste watching WoW's video's...haha and to be honest my cousin plays WoW still he loves it....but i got him to try EQ2 lol....he said it was to hard and went back to WoW.but Seriously the WoW people they just like wasting there time because they aint got no friends or guilds to raid with like we do in EQ2. hehe...besides that. eq2's format KICKS ASS!

It depends on how good your computer is. It's a diffferent, more natural feel, instead of WoW's gay super hero-like characters.

I have played just about every mmo out there and ill tell you this, the graphics between wow and eq2 are just 2 different styles, and as for the immaturity level, its the same for all mmos. It just seems eq2 is more mature than wow because players dont interact with each other as much as they do in wow. WoW is a little more user friendly than eq2 so casual gamers get into it, hence so many players. eq2 is a gorgeous game, but more for the diehard as eq has always had strict penalties(pvp hurts$)

@vsqzr Eh? I disagree. The community on EQ and EQ2 is much friendlier and much more mature than WoW. I happen to play both, and started on EQ back in the late 90's...WoW is full of young teenagers who don't play for fun. They play to be better than everyone else.
