  • Baez should have pushed for a "speedy" trial and she could have got off.... Maybe? .. I'm not really sure on this one.. If Baez would have pushed, and trial would have taken place with the evidence from the fradulent check charges, and then MAYBE the "child neglect" charge, and the trial would have started, and THEN the baby was found.. what would have happened..? Someone needs to answer this for me please.

  • Another scenario: If the trial woud have taken place for charges listed above, and they went through trial, and she got found guilty of the charges above, and THEN AFTER sentencing with max 5.. anf IF the baby was found after ALL that, she would have gotton off of the manslaughter charge? "Double Jeopardy? Should Baez have pushed for speedy? Hopefully Richard will answer me.. Hee hee hee!
