I know a better way to do this psh. Here is how:

1. Take your music device (what ever u use) and put it on ur pocket with head phones plugged in.

2. Put on a jacket or long sleeve shirt.

3. Run the headphones wire from ur pocket, up ur shirt, and down ur sleeve.

4. Put one head phone in ur hand and rest ur head on ur hand.
