Of course most bands have some kind of a live performance as well but that is just a side effect. And besides of that we never talked about live performances. We talked about him saying that he looks like a 12yold boy. My point was that there is no need of judging about the artists look as long as the music fits..

I didn't think they were that good when I was there, probably much better in a tent, the performance didn't really translate for a big, open crowd, but this song was absolutely perfect with a clear, blue sky and sweltering hot sun, so chilled out and georgeous, I am hoping the new album is the same, as the new songs seem to fit this environment much more than the older ones.

In any case this music is what I generally hear when I am in the US (very often). On a personal note, I am not british and not saying that whatever is played in BBC is good (actually it is not, even when the UK british magaznies try to "sell" every year the best band of the year, which obviously is from UK). indie isn't a music genre is it ? i thought it just means they developed the songs independently without record labels , anyway i'd class it as Electronic / Acoustic (fucking hate people who think there indie or says stuff is indie) . If you like electronic though check out Jack Steadman (lead singer of Bombay Bicycle Club ) he has produced some really good tunes by him self he covered Mobb Deep's - Shook ones , so good !
