  • like Versailles, this place needs to be burned down and people living in it, guillotined.

  • hello christophe, my family and i are thinking of moving to L.A is it possible to buy a house is that neighborhood for 15 to 20 M$ this year ?

  • How does a regular person make money to be able to buy such a house? Is it only that intellectually gifted people or those who're lucky make it this big? Or in history has someone with an average good 110-130 IQ had a tiny bit of luck and made millions?

I'd like to know because the only ordinary people with that much are doctors. People in all other professions seem stuck with $100k-$200k, that too only if they're from a good university and good at their jobs.

  • nice, how do i start in real estate? i'm starting college for business administration concentrating in finance and would like to make a lot of money.

  • it seems to me that many homes around that area (expensive area) are for sale, is the economy that bad for many of these wealthy people or are they buying BIGGER estates? I've been to that area and it is lovely, unfortunately I can afford, like most Americans live in that area :)

  • the most expensive house in the worlld is in india, mukesh ambani oowns it it cost 1 million so and i am sure there are better houses than this in the world, and more expensive ones, dont be egocentric, not everything in usa is the "most" in the world.

  • @gymjustin1 ONE BILLION, not one million....and its an ugly looking commercial building, with many poor people living in the surrounding areas...it reminds me of how kings lived 2000 years ago...a castle (in this case, an ugly castle) surrounded by poor peasants!

  • @blitzrule yeah you are right, ofcourse i knew it was one billion, i just typed wrong and i agree with you, is the most expensive house in the world but is probably the ugliest house in the world(outside), but is a house.

  • See the Most Luxury Homes of Dubai on Our Channel

  • I would like to know how much is the average house cost in Beverly Hills and places around it

  • @xVeNoIVIx The average price in Beverly Hills is about $5.6 million.

  • Hello Christophe, I have a question. Do you think I can buy a home in that neighborhood for 10 to 15 million? Right now I live in the Hamptons and I want a vacation home over there. Please let me know, Thank you.

  • @everlast54321 Absolutely, call me (310)777-6342

  • These houses are so MAGNIFICIENT!

I actually wish one day I can have a lot of money and move into a house like that;)

    I keep dreaming on.

  • @monicaleslie11 It all starts with a dream, then a vision, goals, then a plan, hard work, then maybe some luck in between!

  • @Christophechoo I couldn't agree more. I've wanted to be a filmmaker since I was 9 years old and I plan to move Los Angeles soon so this video is very inspring.

  • Great video Christophe... I need to do this for La Jolla!

  • christophe, i subscribed to your channel because i am seduced by many of the california homes you're selling. i'm from miami, nice place, but i am curious of knowing california one day.

and since i am attending business school in florida, i am inspired by your career, it looks like fun to me and i don't mind the hustle of even working 7 days a week. and of course, i dream to live inside one of those houses some day =)

  • Great video and presentation.. Im looking to buy a house in that area let me kno if u are still available

  • You notice that there is no sidewalk.

  • @Puzzoozoo That is true, most homes in Holmby Hills and Bel Air do not have any sidewalks.

  • @Christophechoo Yeah, sidewalks attract pedestrian noisy parkers, and paps.

  • Hey Christopher don't you think these houses kinda remind you of some in the Middle East

  • are those one of the biggest houses in the world?

  • @alvaroalomia1993 The Middle East has the largest homes, but this is one of the largest in the USA.

  • Hello Christophe, I enjoy your videos. They are inspiring! You should consider putting out dvds or some type of written material that assists in dealing with high-end clients. I hope you get a show on HGTV. Wishing you the best!

  • Hey, I just wanted to comment on your video....I really like it and I have shared it with some of my firends on some of my social networking sites! NICE!!!!

  • @TheREIMaverick Thank you for your kind compliment and for sharing.

  • Dude sweet! always wanted to see the most expensive stuff on the hills when i went to cali and i never got to go any further than sunset blvd.

I hope you upload more videos showing more expensive homes. This motivates me as a college student. I hope you are very successful at selling homes. amen.

  • Of all the streets you happen to drive through! I spent Christmas with friends very close to where you are in this video. Strange how two days later, by chance, I happen to view this clip here on YouTube!!??? What are the chances of that?!

  • Hey, what do you have to study to become a Real Estate Agent. My teacher said a Real Estate Agent can start me up on the money pile.

  • @tehelol1 You have to check out your specific state and their requirements. I will say it is a LOT of hard work, time and effort and most 80% of the agents can barely make a living. But give it your best shot. Those that are successful can be VERY successful.

  • im studying to become a surgeon, do you think a sugeon could afford a house like these??

  • I would love to live here! :O

  • Nice vid Christophe!!! Thanks for showing!!!

  • @TriniNY My pleasure, thanks for the compliment.

  • Thanks for the awesome video's Christopher. My wife and I vacation in L.A from time to time. We've driven down some of these famous streets like Mapleton dr and Bel Air rd but without the cool info on who some of the past and present owners are. If we hit the Lotto sometime in the future, we will look you up and have you help us find the perfect Beverly Hills home.

  • @rackem1919 I hope you win!!!!

  • @rackem1919 When you win, give me a ring!

  • thanks for the tour. if I drive down the ultra exclusive streets enjoying the beauty am I likely to be stopped by some type of authority (police or private security)?

  • @ojmoss No, it's a public street.

The reason these homes have such high hedges and muscular gates giving way to *private* driveways is for their own personal privacy. The street is completely public.

  • LOL are they ALL for sale?? Why's everyone selling?

  • @papatoony it is a funny thing...at the height of the market non of the best homes were on the market for sale and none of the owners would even consider crazy high offers. Now so many of the best homes are for sale. Strange!

  • In america....
