im 15 and want to start working out, I'm a little underweight. Im trying to eat as much as i can... Any tips on how to bulk up/ what to do about small frame?

I right now try to eat more, but not eat junk food cause thats just gonna add fat not muscle. I tried to eat way more protein which makes your muscles a little bigger. And then while your muscles get bigger, you should workout often about 6 times a week.

another great forearm workout is if you get some pipe insulation its like a foam tube, and you put it around your pull up bar, making it very had to hang on, gives and INTENSE burn in your forearm

@rrajeevy Fresh apples are good because they are convenient but try to get a good mix of fruit. Try shopping at your local farmers market and picking out a few to try

@999rahim hey mate, just train so you look good, all you got to do is stay consistent with working out and don't get lazy and skip days. you should try progressive overload which is just adding more reps, sets or weight... pretty much pump up intensity. keep an eye on your diet too just watch carb count and try eating foods with a decent amount of protein (check the nutritional value). grab protein powder/shakes if your struggling a bit with that cos i did when i had to change my diet a tad :)

@999rahim Yea, sure, faster. If you wan't results fast go steroids. Just go train and that's it. You don't need to be professional bodybuilder to see results. You just need time. And no, bodybuilding itself won't do any harm to height, but some exercises may be (like squats with 100kilos on your back).
@wycka001 No offense but that is complete BS. It is a known myth that squats or any exercise would stunt growth. Steroids are incredibly dangerous and suggesting them to young boys is incredibly reckless and stupid because the reasoning capabilities at that age happen to be pretty low.
Great video though, I never though I could do an exercise similar to sledgehammer levering also with almost any chair. I will definitely add this to my forearm workout.
